Cancellation and Change Charges for Air Tickets

NORMAL CANCELLATION CHARGES

If you cancel your reservations, the cancellation charges specified below apply.
(Charges are per person)

>>		If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact your travel advisor directly.

>>		If your travel loan is refused, the same cancellation charges apply.

>>		Cancellation charges are all calculated from the date of departure from Japan.

>>		Even outside of the peak season, there maybe times when the above charges apply.
		Please ask your travel advisor for more details.

>>		In case the tickets is issued in advance for visa application or for other reasons,
		100% cancellation charges will be applied after the issuance of the ticket.

>>		The above cancellation charges are for discounted airline tickets only.
		Different cancellation policy and charges apply for airline tickets for business and
		first class,package tours, train passes and etc.Please ask your travel advisor for more details.

CHANGE CHARGES

If you change your travel arrangements, the change charges specified below apply.
(Charges are per person)

Up to 31 Days before Departure	No Charges
30 - 15 Days before Departure	\3,000（each time）
14 Days before Departure	Same as Cancellation Charge per change.

Depending on the airline and type of tickets purchased,
the cancellation and change charges may different.
